Report on un-invoiced appointments

Allow me to run a report that shows all appointments that haven't been invoiced. Right now I can only do this for each client individually, which is tedious.

This is so important to capture revenue that might not have been billed. I had someone help me go through the last 6 months and there were at least 20 appointments that I didn't bill just by pure oversight. This should be an easy report to run every week.

I think this feature exists. If you go to billing: batch invoicing: search with criteria. It gives you a full report of appointments that have not been invoiced. Hopefully this helps.

Create a report that will list and identify completed services that HAVE NOT been invoiced for. Sometimes clinicians get behind schedule with their notes, and it is easy for billing to have an oversight and miss a service they should have billed for. If there was a list of notes "ready to be billed", it would be so much easier for our billing staff. Sortable and in date order.... that refreshes whenever a new note is signed off on.

Completely agree! We really need this to ensure our group practices are functioning as efficiently as possible. This is SUPER IMPORTANT!
