Allow me to assign one or more staff members to one or more clients and open cases, so I don't have to go into each client or case separately.

      Yes! I am training someone to take over my current role and will be carving out hours of my workday to manually assign them to hundreds of active clients with us. How frustrating! I had to do the same thing when a clinician left our agency recently.

      It would be helpful both to be able to mass assign and mass reassign or unassign if a clinician leaves

      Allow me to assign a staff member to multiple clients at once. It's a little tedious having to do it one by one if we have to transfer a caseload from one provider to another.
