Add duration from progress note to the Detailed Attendance Report
Show the duration that was entered in the progress note on the detailed attendance report. Sometimes the therapist may run over the appointment time and the progress note is a more accurate reflection of the length of the appointment.
Appointment duration in Detailed Attendance Report should match the length of time the therapist enters with their Progress Notes. I have therapists that are scheduled to see a client for 60 minutes, but sometimes they end up seeing the client for 75. We bill based off the detailed report, so we need it to inform us when sessions are longer or shorter than 60 minutes based on the therapist's input.
