Ability to sign each intake form separately in Client Portal
If I send a packet of forms to a client, have their signature appear at the end of every form rather than at the end of the last form in the packet.

If multiple forms are sent to a client to the client portal, the client’s signature will now be displayed at the end of each individual form. Previously, their signature was only included at the end of the last form in the entire packet.
PA Medicaid is requiring a signature each time a client has a session. And it would be nice to send a doc such as a Records Request, which is not included in the Intake, that has an electronic signature capability at the time it is requested.
Theranest should have the capability to add an electronic signature to all forms created.
There are different times when a form such as Release of Records or, in my case, a signature for each session which Pennsylvania Medicaid requires. A client should be able to go through the patient portal and sign via electronic when sent a form.
After speaking with Leslie today she assured me there was nowhere to include an electronic signature on any form but the Intake.
Please consider adding this feature.

the client's signature should print out on every intake form that they have signed off on in the batch. When I print it, the signature is only at the bottom of the last form. so i either have to send a bunch of different emails with each form or compensate the way I have with having the client type their full name and date to indicate their "signature" which is kind of silly since you have the sign function attached to the system, it just doesn't show on every form.
When clients fill out their intake forms, there are several forms sent all at the same time. When I go to print out this packet, the signature is only on the last page of the forms. Which means I would have to submit an entire completed packet in order to show someone that I had their signature.
Can the signature be included on each separate form.
It would be awesome if each intake form uploaded as a separate document. I often want to see the intake but have to go through the privacy notice and then consent first.
It would be helpful to have a place where clients could sign after each form. I have a couple of consent forms for different items but I can’t offer a signature after them. It is only available at the end of all completed intake paperwork. I wonder if this is legally Ok not to have a signature directly after the consent for each process I offer?
Currently, when I send a new client the intake packet including documents that need to be reviewed and signed, only the last document is signed. It would be helpful (especially as related to compliance and consent) if clients could be sent multiple forms at once and have the ability to sign them individually.
Is there any way to set up intake documents where they can be electronically signed individually instead of sending the entire packet with invitation to the portal and only getting client's electronic signature on the last page of the paperwork. Just like in a face-to-face intake I would like a signature on all documents and the ability to send them together, without having to send several different documents separately in order to get electronic signatures on all documents.

Please add the ability to have clients type-in portions of information on forms outside of questionnaire and add the ability to sign their signature (or type-in electronic signature) for each intake form individually would be awesome.
it would be better to have the documents populate into General Documents as INDIVIDUAL pieces instead of all dropped in as ONE document - then spending time pulling out each piece to coordinate into file folders - each form needs to be signed individually for acceptance of services - does not work with just ONE form from 11 custom forms
I agree to the comments below-it is more ethical and would be beneficial to the client to agree to which forms they'd like to sign having each form have a signature. Thanks!
it would also be helpful to input the signature in any custom form, the same way you can add a text box or check box. this would help on forms that are signed after intake has been completed.
Currently, intake documents only populate one signature on a separate page for all documents. It would be helpful to have signatures on every intake document that is specified to need a signature. This is a legal issue because the signatures are NOT actually on the documents themselves, making it unclear what document they actually signed, when all should be signed right on the document.
Right now intake paperwork only allows one signature at the end of the form. Feature request is to be able to require the electronic full signature as often as needed on any forms.
