View appointment status on printed agenda

When you print out the schedule for the day it shows cancellations and reschedules. But it doesn't designate those appt as so... I wish that they either weren't there at all OR there was some notation that the appt was cancelled, rescheduled, etc. I also wish there was an option to print any notes that are on the appt.

Client's appointments don't show as cancelled on the printed schedule. It should.
