Hide canceled appointments on the calendar

Wanted to suggest an option for calendar settings. It would be nice to be able to hide "cc" "ns" "lc" clients from the calendar, but keep them on the appointment log history. Sometimes, we schedule other clients in these time slots, but do not want to be able to track cancellations or bill clients for late cancels, etc without having to see the cancel on the daily calendar. Basically, reduce clutter on the calender. Since some therapist may prefer to see the indicator, maybe it could be an option under calendar management.

This would be so helpful. OR even the ability to change the color of cancelled appointments.

It would be very useful to have a sort feature on the agenda - currently there is a button to remove non-client entries, but it would be great to filter out cancelled/rescheduled appts so what I'm viewing is only the the active appts for the day.

Add a button that hides cancelled and reschuled just like you have button to hide non-client events. Also, cancelled rescheduled appoitnments should not show on since calendars or you should add the option to opt-out

Cancelled Sessions should not be included on the agenda. It confuses the therapists about openings in their shedule and it confuses people who are scheduling. The cancelled appointment should show in the appointment history so we have a record of cancellations but it should come off the calendar.

Appointments that are not kept (no-show, cancelled, rescheduled) should disappear or grey out on the calendar so we can easily reschedule in that spot.

I would really love to be able to ONLY see upcoming appointments on the agenda page and stop seeing "Cancelled" appointments. It takes up so much room and there is no need to see them.

I agree with the other commenters. The calendar becomes too cluttered when cancelled appointments remain on there. It would be helpful to have a filter to be able to view the calendar without those. The alternative is to just delete the appointment, but that doesn't give me an accurate record of a client's attendance/cancellation record. Thank you!

Also hide rescheduled appointments.

Maybe this is a thing I just haven't been able to figure out or not but I would love it if I didn't have to see the Canceled, Rescheduled, etc. appointments still in their old spot. It makes it harder for me to see my actual availability at a glance when the spot on the calendar is still taken up by an appointment that isn't actually happening.

It would be great if there was a filter option to hide the cancelled appointments so I can see my openings a little easier.

this would make it easier to see that the session does not need a progress note or invoice when viewing.
