Allow me to create a custom home page or dashboard that displays information relevant to my role. For example, as a therapist, I may want to see outstanding progress notes and today's appointments, but as a biller, I may want to see un-invoiced appointments and rejected claims.
This is so desparately needed. Have widgets available that shows how many notes, assessments, treatment plans, etc. are outstanding to be completed or to be signed. Have an alert for how many treatment plans will be due for review and update. Preview of schedule/agenda. Allow customizable view. See missed appointment totals. How many appts were kept so that you can see your retention rate with clients vs. cancellation rate, etc. For business owners or operations - seeing income and outstanding claims. Seeing the number of sessions billed per provider and the number of sessions kept, no showed, late cancelled, cancelled. Seeing a breakdown of the practice's clients and the percentage of which clients have BCBS, UHC, Cigna, Aetna, are Self-Pay, Reduced Rate, etc. Looking at how many providers are meeting compliance standards for the practice and insurance - getting documentation done withing 48 hours vs having documentation late (72 hours or later). Being able to track documentation timeliness would be extremely helpful for our team. The lack of reporting features is a strong reason for our practice considering leaving TheraNest and looking at other platforms in the coming future. Please add new, beneficial, and accurate reporting features. Please.
