Update spelling of "Canceled" to "Cancelled" in appointment statuses

When I'm viewing an appointment that has been canceled, update the status from "Canceled" with one "l" to "Cancelled" with two.

    Thank you for your interest in this Idea! At this time we will not be updating the spelling of 'Canceled' as it aligns with the American English spelling.

      Both spellings are correct; Americans favor canceled (one l), while cancelled (two l's) is preferred in British English and other dialects.
