Please add a "View all appointments" on the Agenda. When you have hundreds of clients, the constant "View more appointments" clicking get tiring. thanks!
Allow continuous scroll on the agenda rather than the "view more appointments" button. It makes it more difficult to check in clients later in the day because the screen has to load each hour of appointments individually.

please add this feature. when you have 200 appointments a day, the constant clicking on "view more appointments" gets really tiring. Can there be an option to view all, and save that option?
I also do billing for an organization that has between 70-100 per day. It gets very old to have to click view more appointments multiple times to see all of the appointments. Please put an option to see all appointments on the agenda or a send to bottom button. Thanks!
The arrow at the bottom of the agenda to get back to the top is helpful, but it would be helpful to have one that also goes to the end of the day. OR have the option to show all appointments for the day OR a dropdown to choose how many to see at one time.

Show the entire day in the agenda (or a scroll function) instead of "view more appointments". This is very cumbersome for a practice with hundreds of appointments a day. When I have to go back to the agenda screen and search for clients I am constantly "viewing more appointments".
Currently, on the Agenda page, we have to continue to click "View More Appointments" to see all the appointments for the day. We need to have a "View All Appointments" option. Please add this ASAP!
It would be great if the agenda would show all the appointments for the day rather than making us click more appointments at the bottom (over and over again) to see additional ones. I monitor appointments for our large practice making room adjustments, etc. and find it cumbersome to continually have to click "more appointments" over and over again. Seems like a quick fix to me.
It would be great to have the ability to view all the appointments in the agenda without having to click on view more appointments. At the end of the day I usually end up with over 8 appointments and some days up to 18 appointment slots. It is very time consuming to constantly click on view more appointments after each note I write and each time I click on invoice. This makes writing notes and doing the billing very cumbersome. A fix to this would be great. Sorting the agenda from last to earliest appointment might be a nice option for a work around as well. Additionally, in the minimized mode having the ability to write a note and click on billing from this portion of the agenda screen would be another way to do the work around. Thank you for listening.
I was really shocked to discover clients can't see all of their appointments, and even as an adminsitrator you can't see all of their appointments in the agenda view or from their appointments under their client files. I enquired about this and apparently you can only see 60 days ahead. This is a serious, serious limitation which I was I was aware of before paying for the software. Can you please provide an eta for when this feature might be enabled or fixed? We schedule our therapist terms for three months at a time and a client needs to be able to see all of their appointments in that term and agree to the schedule, but this looks to be impossible with Theranest currently. So sad about this, love a lot of other things about Theranest!
