It would be nice to be able to accept an era payment or otherwise work with outstanding claims for clients who have been archived. Whenever there is movement on the claim (an era/payment is received, claim is rejected, etc) I have to first unarchive the client, then process the claim, then remember to rearchive the client since they are no longer active. We should have access to work in any outstanding claims even if the cleint is archived - we should have access to the ledger.
I was thinking it would be very helpful to have a second inactive list. I have a few clients who are inactive due to no appointments scheduled, but I am working on obtaining insurance payments or their payment. If I put them on inactive, then I lose the ability to message them and also they lose the ability to pay via credit card. I am paying for 40 client which is my maximum, I don't want to go to 50 just to have 10 of those clients being ones that owe me money. I was thinking I could have a inactive list, meaning all bills are paid and no appointments are made and then a waiting on ending billing list and then my active list. Not sure if this makes sense, but I also think this list may help with people who have over 50 clients.
