I would like to be able for TN to keep track of the invoices applied to deductible - so that I can know when a client is getting close to reaching that deductible w/o going through multiple hoops manually, which leads to errors. For example, 1 client has a deductible of $5K. The only way I know how to get how much has applied to that is to run reports in the ledger - after I've looked up start date, etc. Otherwise, what is the point of putting that into the system if there is no way to track it (that I know of to date.)
In the Bill to & Insurance info there is an option to put in the client's deductible amount. It would be a great idea to be able to put in the client's deductible amount, what is remaining, the contracted rate, etc. and get notifications via email on when a client would *theoretically* meet their deductible (as in, if it would only take about 5 sessions to reach it, we would get a notification that they likely met their deductible even if the claims weren't fully processed or the client is missing payment. To stay ahead of the game, you know?) This could also work with a client's copay and their OOP amounts as well.
When someone has a deductible and we enter the amount on the bill to screen- that amount isn't coming up- only if it's in the copay section.
