Run Service Billing report by service date

I would love the ability to generate a report that includes Date of service, Client name, Rendering provider, CPT, Insurance and co-pay without the need to add an invoice.

Please create a report that is entirely accrual based. I want to choose a date range and see the billed amount for every session in that range - irregardless of when or if it was paid. No existing reports can do this, the closest I can get is Staff Billing. All reports include invoices PAID within a date range even when that invoice does not include anything BILLED within that range. More than half of our clients don't pay each session, instead pay once a month or on aonther schedule, and I want to be able to see how much was charged per month for example.
