Remove signature option for clients on progress notes
Allow me to remove the option to allow clients to sign progress notes. We don't want clients signing their notes and we don't want our therapists to accidentally select this option.

We would like to have the option to remove client signatures from progress notes and leave just the option for the clinicians to sign.
