Change inputs for cancelling/confirming an appointment reminder
Sometimes our clients get confused when having to press 1 or 2 to confirm/cancel an appointment and they sometimes press the wrong one. It would be great to have an option to change Y for confirm and N to cancel.
Add notes to invoices that are not visible to clients
As a biller, allow me to add notes to invoices that can only be seen by our staff and not the clients. We may need to add a note about the progress of a payment, issues with insurance, etc.
All activities from clients in the client portal should be noted and logged in "Activities". Such as, when a client schedules, cancels, or reschedules an appointment in the portal.
Add Invoice Payment Status to Group Appointment Details Page
Add the Invoice Payment Status for each Client to the Group Appointment Details page with a clickable link to the Invoice. The additional information would allow Users to quickly verify the invoice and payment status for each Group member.
Allow only 1 service type to be added to client appointments
Only allow us to add one service type to a client appointment. Having more than one service is potentially fraudulent and it would be helpful to have that check in place for my staff.
