Many of our clinicians charge different rates and have different cancellation rates. Allow me to configure my organization's cancellation policy to setup different rates for each staff member.
Request non-client appointments/events with other staff
I would like my employees to be able to request a session in a similar way that clients can request a session. Our supervisees are responsible for booking time with their supervisors, but we don't want to give them access to their calendars.
After creating a recurring event on the calendar, allow me to edit the title of the event/series after. Right now I can only edit a single occurrence, but not the name/title of the whole series.
When I have messaging alerts set to "use client initials," alerts that a client has paid still show the full name. Can this setting be applied to ALL notifications?
Create an appointment reminders schedule per client
Allow me to set an appointment reminders schedule at the client level rather than the organization level. We have some clients that need more frequent reminders.

Alert staff when files are added to client Clinical Documents and Staff Documents
It would be helpful if staff could receive an alert whenever an administrator or another staff person adds a document to the client's clinical documents and when an administrator adds a document to the staff's document tab
