Assign staff to case when appointment is scheduled
Have the staff member automatically assigned to a client's case when the appointment is scheduled so that we don't have to add them manually and so it doesn't create a duplicate case when the staff creates a progress note.

When unarchiving a client a new case is automatically opened, but sometimes we don't need a new case we want to open the previously closed case. Allow me the option to either open a new case or open a previously closed case when unarchiving a client.

When creating a dynamic form I would like an "other" category in the dropdown and multi-select form elements that would allow the client to fill in a different answer that's not in the list.

Reminders/alerts for important life/therapy events
Allow me to create alerts/reminders for a client's anniversaries (death of a loved one, sobriety date, etc.) or therapy milestones ( 3 months of treatments, 24 months, etc.).

Add list of therapists to be displayed in contact log if relationship is set to therapist
When I create a contact log entry and specify the relationship to the client as "Therapist", include a dropdown of all the providers at my practice so I don't have to type in their name.

Allow org admins to set a staff's calendar preferences
The director should be able to set calendar preferences for staff. It would be much quicker for one person to be able to set this up than training and waiting for each staff member to do this on their own.
