Add address field when adding household members to a client

When working in a client's details and adding household members, allow me to also notate their address. Sometimes a client has divorced parents so their address may not be the same as the client's address.

Don't require a location when adding a client

When I add a client to TheraNest, don't require me to indicate a location for the client. We have clients that move across locations and I don't want a location to default when creating an appointment.

Under Clients → Appointments, change the default date range to include more appointments in the future so that it aligns with the client's online scheduling range.

Redact credit card info on CC authorization form

If I send my clients a credit card authorization form, have their card number be redacted when I save it to their General or Clinical Documents.
