Don't have 15-min appointments take up 30-min blocks on the calendar
A 15-minute appointment takes up a 30-minute block on the calendar causing appointments to appear to be overlapped. This makes it difficult to read the calendar.
When displaying a group appointment on the agenda, provide more details as to the appointment status so I can see if some people have canceled or if everyone has canceled without having to go into another screen.
We have staff members who only perform office tasks and will never have an appointment scheduled with them. Allow me to remove them from the Staff filter in the calendar so the filter is easier to use.
Add clients to group and existing telehealth appointments
If I have a group with existing telehealth appointments on the calendar and add a client to the group, have them added to the telehealth appointments with a link so I don't have to recreate the appointment.
