Messaging & Notifications

Some of the alerts are important and need my immediate attention. It would be great if some alerts were displayed as pop-ups on my screen.

Notify me when a client turns 18 as there are new forms/protocols that need to be filled out as they transition to adult counseling.

The ability for counselors to send voice memos to their clients through the portal.

If I create a task with a due date, allow me to receive an alert or reminder in TheraNest when that task is due.

It would be helpful to be able to select a client and the system automatically alert you to missing progress notes.

Remind me when it's a client's birthday so that I can wish them a happy birthday during our next session.

Allow me to turn off the in-person reminders being sent. We only want to send appointment reminders for telehealth appointments so that our clients can receive the link.

If a client contacts me through the client portal while I'm away, allow me to set up an automatic out-of-office reply and the option to have those messages forwarded to another staff member.

Allow me to send secure and HIPAA-compliant emails from TheraNest to individuals outside of my organization (such as insurance, other care providers, etc.).

Add spellcheck to TheraNest so I can catch spelling mistakes more easily.
