I think it would be really useful if there was a feature where we could have a reminder to do a note for an appointment. I know I'm always forgetting at least one person and not getting to it until later than I was supposed to. It would be helpful to set reminders for myself for that to keep me accountable.
Now that the calendar page doesn't allow me to go back to past appointments and easily see if notes are not done it's harder to check quickly which cases need a new note at the end of the week.
Adding a check box to allow for alerts that state a note is missing would be a great way to solve this and easily access cases that need a note.
