Create case forms for specific cases

When creating a dynamic case form, allow me to assign that form to specific cases so they don't show up on every open case.

Auto-population of Termination Summaries

It would be great if Termination Summaries auto-populated with the relevant information that has already been entered elsewhere for the case, (e.g. name and date of birth, diagnoses, and treatment goal) so as not to have to enter them again. Thanks!

drag multiple lines in custom forms at one time

While creating a custom form I wanted to move around some sections but was unable to drag full sections around at one time. It would be great if I could move multiple items/lines in a form at once and place them elsewhere in the form.

Create custom forms for each client

Allow me to create a custom form for a specific client that I can send to the portal. I need to be able to enter specific text that's only for that client, but I don't want to clutter up the list of intake forms.

Apply client signature before finalizing the note

Allow me to apply the client's signature before finalizing the note so they can sign it at the end of the session, but I can go back and finish the note later.

Add time zone to the service date of a progress note

When printing the progress note, show the time zone on the Service Date field.
