Create next appointment when filling out progress note
When completing a progress note, have a field for "next appointment" and allow me to pick a date. Once the note is signed, have the appointment automatically created.

Don't display the referral source on the initial assessment because that's more for internal use and doesn't need to be included on clinical documentation.

Keep client selection when creating progress notes in a group case
When I create a progress note for a group member in a group case and return to the main progress notes screen, the group member that I previously selected reverts to a different one. Keep my original selection so I don't have to change it every time.

Allow me to adjust the size of my organization's logo on progress notes. It looks smaller than how it appears on intake forms and invoices and is hard to read.
