The treatment plan intervention list saves everything people type in. Typos and all. It needs to be edited or to turn off auto save. We have many therapists and it's getting out of hand.

PLEASE Let us add a diagnosis AFTER Initial Assessment
After we sign the initial assessment notes, we can't add Dx...however, in therapy it is common to gather more information and refine diagnosis AFTER the initial consultation has been completed and the note for that signed...Please please please.

Allow only 1 service type to be added to client appointments
Only allow us to add one service type to a client appointment. Having more than one service is potentially fraudulent and it would be helpful to have that check in place for my staff.
