Keep appointments in "Upcoming" until end of session
It is very confusing for clients who attempt join a telehealth session via their calendae appointment at 1 minute past the session (or more) to discover they cannot find their appointment listed in the "upcoming appointments" folder.
When updating an appointment's status, do not require a reason to be selected. This is especially applicable to No Show appointments, as a reason for the no show is often not available.
Many of our patients use their phones for telehealth sessions and may use their mobile phone data as a hotspot. When they do this, they run into connection issues that make conducting the telehealth session difficult.
