In the Billing Automations, add an additional exclusion condition to Automated Invoice Processing for secondary payers. Not all secondary insurances are able to be submitted via TheraNest.

Improve the workflow to create a group note for the group and progress notes for each client in the group. Right now it takes too much time to complete the notes and I have to jump to different areas.

We use the "notes" field in the appointment details screen to leave messages for the admin or therapists about what payment to collect at the time of the client's appt. It would be helpful to have the appointment detail notes visible on the agenda

I’d love to see an option that has clients appt’s listed as “pending” and “in lobby” in addition to the already existing options of kept, cancelled, etc.
