Display session number in progress note

Number the notes for us so that we do not have to manually count how many sessions we have conducted with our clients? This helps with certain insurance groups that limit our sessions. Thank you!

      It would be great for session notes to input the session number. I noticed this was suggested in 2017 with a note it was a suggested in 2015 and they were reposting to bump the idea up. That is why I am reposting. I think it would be super helpful!!

      It would be really helpful to have session numbers visible on progress notes (and custom forms) so that we do not have to manually count the number of sessions each time we start a new note. I noticed that this was suggested back in 2015 so I am resubmitting the request in hopes that it is seen and considered again! Thank you!

      It would also be awesome if this could be a feature on the custom forms! Date and time of form creation is nice, but numbered sessions would be great.

      These items are both needed to be in line with the progress notes required in Alabama. It would be ideal if the progress notes automatically indicated the number when you enter a new note. Also, take out one of the two intervention boxes and add homework and/or client response.
