Have a way to enter appointments that reoccur in the calendar, say every Wednesday at 5pm between the start date and entered "end" date, (11/7/17- 12/5/17). Then it will show up every Wednesday, up and and including the 5th of December.
Allow the enter key to create another response when creating a dynamic form
When creating a dynamic form that includes a form element where I need to create responses, allow me to use the Enter key on my keyboard to quickly create another response rather than having to click the "Add Response" button.

Show more authorization details when selecting the authorization on the invoice
On the invoice screen, show the dates and service type(s) related to the authorization number on the dropdown where the user chooses the primary auth to link to the invoice.
Change inputs for cancelling/confirming an appointment reminder
Sometimes our clients get confused when having to press 1 or 2 to confirm/cancel an appointment and they sometimes press the wrong one. It would be great to have an option to change Y for confirm and N to cancel.
