Request non-client appointments/events with other staff
I would like my employees to be able to request a session in a similar way that clients can request a session. Our supervisees are responsible for booking time with their supervisors, but we don't want to give them access to their calendars.
If you could also show the reason codes for denied or adjusted claims on the uploaded ERAs that would save us from having to go back and forth to our processor. Thank you!
It would be helpful and time saving if I could poke a button to copy the address info that was entered for the client to the insured's info - perfect for when client is spouse or child of insured!

Future consideration
Allow me to run a report that displays all the deposits and withdrawals made from TheraNest out of my bank account so I know I can track the transactions related to client refunds, credit card processing fees, subscription fees, etc.
Customize restriction for portal scheduling/cancellations/reschedules
Currently, there are two client portal settings to allow clients to schedule an appointment, and another setting to allow clients to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours, but I'd like to adjust the time to 48 or 72 hours.
