Create telehealth link when confirming appointment from the portal

When a client schedules a telehealth appointment from the portal, have the link created when I confirm the appointment so I don't have to edit the appointment and click the Telehealth checkbox.

    Our new Advanced Availability feature is currently in Beta! This feature allows you to: * Create availability blocks to specify the services you are available for scheduling at specific times and locations. * Manage availability blocks for other staff members who are using Advanced Availability. * Allow clients to request appointments on the Client Portal during your available blocks. * Allow clients to request Telehealth appointments on the Client Portal. When confirmed, the appointment will be saved as a Telehealth appointment with the session link.       Set up default setting for a client who always schedules telehealth so if they schedule through self scheduling it automatically sets up a telehealth session for them. Right now we have to turn off telehealth codes for self scheduling because if they schedule a telehealth code and we don’t catch it in time then the client appt is not set up as a telehealth appt with a telehealth link. We need to be able to tie appt types to telehealth link generation for self scheduling of telehealth appts.

      We need a function that allows Telehealth video appointment to be the default setting in Client Portal appointment requests AND when therapists schedule appointments manually. Instead, our clients get two confirmations. 1) when we approve their appointment and 2) when we change it to Telehealth and a link is sent. It is cumbersome and repetitive.

      When clients go in to schedule an appointment, it would be great if they could have a button to click to let us know they want telehealth for those of use that provide telehealth services. Otherwise, it becomes cumbersome because I have to check with the client or they have to remember to let me know how they want that appointment.

      It would be great for clients to have the ability to schedule telehealth appointments themselves like we can. Otherwise, I have to go in and change them manually and if I forget, they don't get a link.

      I think it would be super helpful if when clients make an appointment online that a telehealth link is already attached so we don't have to follow behind and check.

      When clients self-schedule a session that is going to be telehealth, I still have to go into the appointment afterward and click the "telehealth" checkbox before a link will be created. Can this just happen automatically?

      It would be incredibly helpful if clients could self-schedule a telehealth appointment, right now it is set up so that the therapist has to go in to generate a telehealth link. So it ends up being even more work than scheduling the client yourself.

      When a client self-schedules an appointment, the teletherapy link does not autopopulate. The clinician has to create the link by clicking the teletherapy box. It would be great if the link was added to the appointment automatically. What happens often is that clients are calling the clinician to inquire about the link. However, the clinician is not aware that he/she/they have to click the box to make it active.

      When clients are scheduling telehealth sessions, the link is not generated until I click on it, sometimes telehealth sessions are missed because of the oversight of clicking on telehealth. If clients were able to schedule it directly, it would be an easier, smoother scheduling process

      So many of my clients use online scheduling, so it would be a wonderful feature to allow Telehealth sessions to be booked by clients through the client portal.
