I would like the option to disable clinicians' ability to unarchive clients. Sometimes our admins archive clients bc the have an outstanding balance and I want to archive them to be sure the clinician doesn't book appts until client has paid their balance. Admins are archiving them and then clinicians are unarchiving them and scheduling appts. tia
I hope that this permission can be added to allow or prevent a staff person or receptionist from archiving/unarchiving, because I would like to prevent my next new receptionists from being able to unarchive past clients and accessing their general documents. The reason for this is confidentiality in our small community where everyone knows each other.
hello, I was hoping there was a setting for permission for each staff member to not allow them to archive cases when they are under supervision and the supervisor needs to sign off before archiving. Is there a permission for the staff members to not allow them to archive a case? If not, is it something that could be added? Thank you!
Is it possible to have a function in staff settings were the administrator has the “option” to allow staff to be able to archive and unarchive clients (or not).
