View or work in two areas of TheraNest at the same time
Allow me to view or work in two areas of TheraNest at the same time. For example, I may want to view the calendar and case file at the same time, or the client's ledger and their notes at the same time so I don't have to switch back and forth.
It would be great to be able to have multiple tabs open at once! I often would like to keep a report open and continue working in other windows. That's just one example, having more than one tab open at once would be extremely helpful. Another example: when I do billing from the agenda, it would be great if the agenda could stay open on the day I am working on rather than having to re-open and find my spot after sending each bill.
In the age of collaborative note writing or creating a treatment plan with a client for them to sign. If I can't log on to 2 Theranest screens ( 1telehealth screen and 1 EHR screen) then the only option beside wasting a lot of unpaid time outside of the session is for me to get my telehealth platform outside of Theranest. I choose Theranest strictly because the competitor didn't allow all I needed within their platform. I never thought that my notes, treatment plan, SI/HI assessment would not be available to me during a session
Allow me to log in to TheraNest on two different devices so I can conduct a telehealth session and write a note at the same time. Right now clients can hear me type when I just use one device.
When we're working in the Agenda, and we need to go into an individual client's entry, the system kicks us out of Agenda - we have to go back to the menu bar all over again, to get back to Agenda. You should have a feature that allows us to STAY ON THE AGENDA page on which we were working. Believe it or not, we waste valuable time otherwise navigating back and forth in and out of Agenda
While in a video session with a client. It would be nice to be able to possible jot down a few notes from the session. I know for some therapist this may be a distraction; however, there are things that my client say that I would like to have noted immediately in my notes for precise clarity instead of handwritten notes. Without having to close the video.
Work in multiple charts at once. The functioning currently is not user friendly for practices with multiple clinicians and working in different charts at once.
