Multiple available times in a day

Yes! I would like to allow the clients to self schedule, but i dont because i cant easily block out the lunch times.

We are having the same issue with preferences not "sticking" however we cannot go back and scrub 4 years of data and also we have scrubbed data for 5 years in advance with NO conflicts, and this resolution is no longer working. There is a virus or a bug or something going on that needs to be fixed ASAP. I also LOVE the idea of setting an effective date because we have clinicians sometimes who start a new schedule at the beginning of a new month and it is really challenging to manage. There should be multiple options for effective dates.

Allow me to split my hours of availability. For example, I am available to clients in the mornings and evenings on some days of the week. The current system forces me to block out hours in the middle of each working day - which is cumbersome in my calendar, especially in syncing with external calendars.

My calendar is set for my day to begin at 9 am,. But just for one week I would like to change schedule on the calendar to begin working at 8 am instead of 9 am. Doesn't seem to be an option to do this

Instead of just creating available day with beginning to end and length of appointment slots - I would like to create a template in my calendar which would show clients the available/open appointments in my day/week/month and they can then self schedule. this would allow me to have time between appointments, lunch breaks, block times for myself, notes, appointments, etc. All I have found is to open my calendar preferences for length of appt, start of day and end of day. But I would like to create available times specifically for each day. Thank you!

Would it be possible to select multiple star-stop times within a day for a staff's regular schedule in Calendar Preferences? Some staff see patients from 9-12 and then again from 4-7. Others take long lunches to eat, do supervision and hold meetings. This would avoid having to block every day out.

I would like to have pre-set appointment slot times set up for my admins to be able to fill in (for example: On Mondays I see clients at 9, 10:15 and 11:30) so my admins know when there is a slot available. This would be rather than an open calendar.

It would be helpful if a therapist could schedule their availability in block times. For example, they could say they are available 9-12 and then again 3-5. Instead of only being able to put 9-5

My schedule varies each week. It would be nice if the calendar preference would allow me a monthly preference instead of a weekly preference because I do not have the same schedule every week. I will still have to let admin know my schedule instead of fully utilizing Theranest

Would love to have the ability to set up multiple time blocks for availability on the same day. For example - having a morning shift (8:00 - noon), then an afternoon shift (4:00 - 8:00 p.m.)

Instead of listing my availability as 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, I'd like to list 9:00 AM -11:00 AM & 1:00PM -5:00PM for the same day. Adding the ability to have multiple line items for availability in the same day would be great.

Yes - I feel this is especially important at this time when I need to stagger clients in order to ventilate and clean the space.

I would like it to where I can set the exact time slots that clients can schedule (versus a range or increments). For example, on Mondays clients can schedule either 3, 4 or 5pm and on Thursdays 10, 11:30 and 1pm.

I recently had a problem getting a change to the available times in my Calendar Preferences to "stick" and the available times repeatedly reverted back to the original times. Working with Theranest support (thank you, Zephan), we did some testing and confirmed Zephan's suspicion that this was because there were future appointments on the calendar that were outside of the newly saved available times. (Example: Available time changed from 5:30-7:30 p.m. to 5:00-7:00 p.m., but there were existing future appointments that ended after 7:00 p.m.) I had to let all existing appointments set within the current availability hours (5:30-7:30) roll off the calendar before updating my available hours (to 5:00-7:00). Based on this, I recommend a system enhancement to add an "effective date" to Calendar Preferences changes, especially changes to available hours. This would enable the Calendar Preferences to be updated without creating a gap in the appointment calendar in order to make the change work. The lack of flexibility in the schedule has me SERIOUSLY rethinking my decision to sign on for TheraNest.

What about a feature where I could change my available times in the calendar at specific intervals rather than just having one option?

It would be nice to allow practitioners to have the option to pad their appointments with breaks in between or even filter out a certain percentage of their appointments from view to their clients so that the clients cannot see EVERY open slot they have.

The calendar is useless as it is and I do not use it. If it does not allow me to set up specific times, it is not worth it.
