Currently dynamic forms do not allow you to duplicate fields, such as questions, drop down questions, text fields. Our organization has to administer certain questionnaires and assessments where the fields are largely similar or replicated (Exhibit A). We would like to able to duplicate fields, choices, questions, etc. This function exists in other comparable technologies, such as microsoft forms (exhibit B) and would make it much easier to complete formatting.
I am creating a dynamic form that uses a likert scale 0,1,2,3 for the answer to each question. It would be nice if it were possible to copy those dropdown answers for each question rather than just add the entry boxes and retype (or paste) the answer.
When you are creating forms you cannot repeat the same phrase or it'll say "title must be unique." This is a major issue when creating mental health forms. There are so many questions where you need to say "please explain or why." So having such basic form creations is outdated completely. The forms need to be more robust.
