I have all my own forms for my clients already made into word documents and PDFs. Allow me to upload these into TheraNest and use them as dynamic forms so that I don't have to recreate them.

Unfortunately the technology currently available to support this requested functionality is not advanced enough to allow this type of import to work effectively given the needs of our customers.
We have to have certain screening forms that are from the state, it would be helpful to use their forms instead of making pages upon pages of a form that we could've just uploaded.
Import pdf editable form into dynamic forms and link the heading of the editable form with those already existing in TheraNest. Most intake forms are a combination of 1-3 columns of information. TheraNest only offers utilizing the 1 or 2 column format in creating forms.

It would be great if we could import a PDF into the custom forms and then populate fields for signatures and entries. I'm paying for an annual subscription to Docusign on top of Theranest as I cannot use my custom intake and consent forms (they are specially designed for my niche) and I feel like I am wasting money because of the limitations within Theranest for customizing forms.
It would be great if we could upload our own intake forms to the client portal instead of having to recreate it. That is the only reason I have not been using it.
This feature has been requested of you as far back as 2014 based on the comments I can see here. PLEASE consider adding this. I am looking for a HIPAA compliant way to share fillable forms, mostly ROIs, for clients in this new world of telehealth. Prior to COVID, I just created my own forms that clients would fill out and return to me in person. I believe i can probably find a solution outside theranest but why should I have to?
We currently have additional intake forms for children and teens we would like to add to Theranest. However, they are a little long and it would be nice to have the option to import a file directly into Theranest to be completed by the client/guardian online via the portal. I am requesting consideration to add this functionality.
I would like the ability to scan in my own intake packet and allow editing to where the client can fill everything out online. Now that we are all doing telehealth, I feel like so much is missing because I am currently only using the forms theranest provided, but would like to upload my own client intake packet. It seems like a time-consuming task to break that all down and create the form. Even if I could just attach them and the client would need to print them, that would be better. But I like the idea of having everything in one place.

I have handouts and worksheets that would be completed by the individual and they need to send back to me. I don't want to recreate these handsouts within TheraNest and have to put them under intake forms tab. They're not intake forms. And a lot of my clients don't have a computer, they use their cell phones...this means unable to (or lack skill/knowledge) to save the form on their phone and resend.
Hello, I agree with all the other comments. I would like to upload my intake and informed consent documents from microsoft word to theranest. Ideally we could just copy and past the documents and simply add text boxes where clients can fill out information and e-sign. Recreating the forms within the system is very difficult and time consuming. I am aware that other systems, such as Simple Practice, makes this tool very simple. Especially during the time of COVID-19, it is extremely important to have this tool. Please consider this ASAP!
