Create {{Location Name}} placeholder for appointment reminders

I request that an option be added to the Email Reminder and Text reminder template settings so that there's an option to add an "Appointment Type" Field or "Location Name" field to the reminder emails to reduce confusion about online versus in person appointments for those of us who do not use Theranest's telehealth service.

Currently the appointment reminder messages include the address of the office location. With the Telehealth functionality, sometimes video sessions are hosted away from the office and sometimes from the office yet the office address always shows. We need a program exception that would NOT list the office address in the appointment reminder when the Telehealth flag is set, in order to avoid confusion. The issue is that many counselors prefer to reserve a room in the office for their video session, but then the appointment reminder makes the client wonder if they are meeting in the office or by video.

We have two locations serving clients. I need the reminder texts for my location's patients to have our location's phone number. If this is possible please instruct me on how to do this. There is often confusion when the reminder text does not have the correct location's phone number. Thank you

Now that we are shifting most clients to telehealth and some are remaining in office, the clients are really confused when they get an appt reminder. Would seem like an easy programming task. Hope they can do it very soon
