Add service types filter to Retention Rate report

This report is meant to track retention of THERAPY clients, as it is not necessary to track retention for shorter term clients. But by including all service types, such as evaluations, this table/report as-is is useless, as the 1 and 2-5 column numbers are brought down by something like an evaluation where a client is only supposed to come once or twice. So we have no idea what the actual therapy retention rates are. I have to warn new therapists the table deflates their therapy retention rates by including all services. This could be one of the best tools in TheraNest and place it apart from other systems, but it is useless as-is. It desperately needs a Service Types drop check box like is available in the Service Billing Report. That would also mean we could compare and contrast then as we choose different types of therapy, such as individual versus family retention rates. Once that is done ideally a report would include which clients fall under each numerical box (1-only, 2-5, 6-10, etc.). Lastly it would be nice if deactivated staff did not clutter up the report.
