When viewing the Retention Rate report, allow me to customize how the columns are grouped. For example, I may want one column to show 1-3 appointments, rather than 2-5.
Please update the retention report to include smaller number of sessions. Either do 1-3, 4-6, 7-10, etc OR allow us to edit the report and pull the data we need. The retention report overall is pretty useless, please refine.
