Report on missing, expiring, and unsigned treatment plans

This was submitted in 2016, holding now 319 votes, and seems like it should be an easy ask given that the review dates are already logged somewhere (evidenced by that we get a reminder when a plan is awaiting review), and STILL hasn't happened?? I am very confused by that. It is incredibly frustrating that the easiest way to keep track of treatment plan dates is using a system outside of Theranest.

This is such a basic need I'm shocked it's not available. You have a report that identifies missing notes! The only way to find missing treatment plans is to go client at a time and check, a real pain. I get too many alerts and to sift through and hope I see it there, if you even produce an alert for it, isn't practical.

It would be great to be able to run this report to filter by provider and/or team - if assigned a supervisor - run therapists under a supervisor. Run any treatment plans that are past due by a certain date - example 6 months from creation date or the date that was set for the renewal date. Run for missing signature. Run for expiring.

It's been since 2016 that this basic feature is not available. Without it, we can't stay in compliance with insurance requirements. It adds hours every week for admin and could have been a very simple report.

Practice administrators should have access to a report indicating treatment plans that are overdue for all staff members

Treatment plans, notes, unbilled invoices, all the missing items would be great! Expiring consent forms would be fantastic!

This would be incredibly helpful. We are running into difficulty keeping track of this especially with our clients who are minors and have to have them signed by a parent who is not always accompanying them to session. If you could get this done for us it would be amazing! Thank you!

I see that there is a feature where managers can run a report of missing progress notes. Can you please create a way for us to run reports for missing treatment plans and initial assessments? This would make it much easier to track for missing documentation and ensuring quality assurance. Thank you!

Allow me to run a report that will show all clients that have missing, expiring, and/or unsigned treatment plans and assessments.

Insurance companies require treatment plans so a report to track the initial treatment plan and date of the last treatment plan is needed. When you have several staff this is very difficult to track manually. Please implement ASAP.

Develop a report that can track the initial date a treatment plan was created and be able to filter by provider to see who has treatment plans that have not been updated in 6 months, etc.
