Add ability to delete custom entries saved for Mental Status Exam fields

Just as we have the ability to delete interventions for the treatment plan, I think it would be good to be able to delete any custom entries for the MSE that have been entered by a user. Many times, things get typed into this category by interns and such that are inappropriate and it would be helpful to be able to remove them. It would be wonderful if this would also include the suicidality and homicidality sections as well.

Custom items added to the Mental Status and Risk Assessment sections of the standard progress note template can now be deleted! Check out our release notes for more information about how to manage those items.

Please allow for us to delete items from the mental status exam/assessment area of the progress note. We have a large training clinic and I do not enjoy that any custom selection typed here then populates on the list of all others. We should be able to edit this or delete when mistakes are made, or it should not save these custom descriptions.

When you write in mental status factors on the progress note they become a permanent "choice" for everyone in your organization to pick from in their client progress notes. However, some of these are inappropriately posted, or accidentally added, and there's no way to delete them currently. I propose that those with administrative permissions should be able to delete things from the pick lists on the progress notes to make the pick lists clean and applicable to all users within the organization.

Is it possible to add TEARFUL or CRYING to the list of options under Affect in the client note?

something that allows you to write. and something that doesn't get the drop down box stuck. I've used the EMR therapynotes before...and I liked that format. Not sure if you can model something off of it. but this one is really hard to alter and change and run smooth for me

Something different... when adding in mental status drop down options, it can get stuck on box options. it isn't as friendly about writing down options. and it just is very difficult.....
