We use the "notes" field in the appointment details screen to leave messages for the admin or therapists about what payment to collect at the time of the client's appt. It would be helpful to have the appointment detail notes visible on the agenda
PLEASE PLEASE ADD THIS!! We use that notes/comments sections to remind us to have clients fill out forms, etc.. This would be so very very helpful since we invoice through the agenda and not the calendar screen.
Would like to be able to put notes in agenda from office staff to therapists as you can do on the calendar. Such as reminders to collect a previous copay, out of pocket has been met so don't collect the rest of the year, etc. Would also be helpful for therapist so they can add a note if they had something specific to work on next time for certain clients.
I would like to be able to write a brief note to myself that appears on the agenda for a particular day, for a particular client (on the agenda with their appointment). Something that shows up and gets my attention would be most helpful. It would be nice to have something like that which is noticeable.
Is it possible to have a brief note field on the Agenda? Some clinicians use the Agenda only and it would be useful to be able to put a brief note beside a client/patient.
Add a "Notes" box option on the agenda when appointments are marked as kept, just like the "Reason" box for cancellation, late cancellation, or no-show statuses.
This would be very useful for billing to communicate with therapist. We have no way to tell them they need to get a new credit card or insurance information.
I totally agree with this and another suggestion about client detail notes being on the agenda. When a therapist or admin person opens the agenda there should be a way to alert them as to special situations that need addressing with the client at that appointment.
This feature is also helpful when there are messages to relay to the client (i.e. missing signature, update insurance card, billing info, etc.) prior to the appointment. It is helpful to see all of the appointment notes on the agenda for each therapist, rather than searching through the calendar before each appointment.
