The Get Help button is in an inconvenient spot. I suggest it be moved to the left side or middle bottom of the screen so that it does not cover up the Enter Notes or signature buttons. I keep hitting it by mistake.
The button is too big and blocking screen real estate. People who've been using the program dont' generally need a help button. Why not make the button just a "question mark", minimize the size to a 1/4 of what it is or hell, just put it in a drop down menu. Thanks for continuing to make the site better!
The Help button sits in front of the Save button, particularly when entering details for a client. IT is quite inconvenient, and it would be great if the Help button was moved to the left. thanks!
Not sure this goes here but I was getting help from Technical Support just now and needed to try her suggestion but could not see behind the Help Box to access the button I needed. Can you make it so we can drag the box across the screen out of our way?
Move the GET HELP box at the bottom right to a different location since a NEXT button within notes or treatment plans that needs to be frequently clicked is often 'behind' it, requiring the user to scroll up a half inch or so frequently to click NEXT. The GET HELP box is very inconveniently located in a high traffic area.
Same, I look something up, it tells me 5 steps, but I have to shut down the help window to do it and can't remember more than the first 2 steps! It should be movable.
Please move the get help button, and the default location of "practice Chat." Drop-downs at the top of the screen, or pop outs from the side would work fine. There is screen real estate to use there. They block the "Sign and save" section of my note literally every time I write one. I have disabled practice chat simply to get rid of the button.
The blue dialogue icon on the screen continues to get in the way. It would be awesome to have it as an icon on the top bar, like next to the suggestion icon.
