Show balance due on agenda

When checking out clients, we don't always go to the ledger, and if there is an outstanding balance on their account, there is no way to see it on dashboard or calendar to remind us! What if they don't have a copay so they dont normally pay but they failed an appt so they now have a fee. I wish this could be on the dashboard to automatically see, like the co-pay is!

It would be great to see if a client has a balance due beyond their copay on the printed agenda. Currently I have to check each chart under the Ledger which is not always time conducive. Thanks!

I know this has been stated but PLEASE divide the balance due to client and insurance, otherwise it doesn't help much!

Make balance due viewable from agenda and /or calendar

We use the Agenda to check in clients. It would be awesome if some aspects of the Ledger could be displayed on our "check in" page, namely the client amount owed & client credit amount.

Yes, we need this!!! Even if their name was just a different color or if there was a money symbol or something- anything to let us know there is a balance!

It would be extremely helpful to be able to view client's full balance (not insurance) at the dashboard. When checking in clients, if all you can see is their current copay, you don't know if they have a past due balance to pay for as well. It's a lot of extra steps to figure out if they owe anything additional.

It's nice to see if a client hasn't paid and what their balance due is with just a glance at the dashboard for the day.
