Agreed - there could easily be a "select all" tab in the progress note signature report and then a button to sign all. Please save us the extra time of clicking on every individual note!

allow bulk sign notes for all notes missing a signature for quicker documentation time--sole practioners particularly can benefit from this if the option is added. Thank you.

I want to sign my notes without having to reopen them. I would like to be able to check session notes that are ready to be signed and enter for bulk signature.

Allow the link to an incomplete progress note to open in a new window. I try to drag the link to a new tab and control-click to a new tab. It doesn't work. This makes completing progress notes extra-strenuous in a tedious way that seems unnecessary.

Yes, this would be really helpful for supervisees. If your supervisor has approved your note, then presumably, it doesn't require additional edits and it would be great to have the option to sign multiples.

I just want to be able to bulk cosign documents this would be great. If I can bulk sign and it goes into a box then this would be helpful. Not is too manual.

I need my non-supervisor role therapists to batch co-sign their notes after the supervisor has signed them!

This is an extremely important fix that, IMHO, is long-long overdue...The other problem is that not permitting bulk signing progress notes became even more a problem when the platform changed a bit ago because of other tech updates. For instance, I have a group practice, and when one employee leaves and they have not signed their notes and then we deactivate the former staff member; when another employee takes over that case and is "Assigned" all of the previous therapists notes seemingly fall under the new therapists name, even when the new therapist did not provide the services! So, unless every therapist signs every note, you run the risk of a therapist who was clearly listed as 'assigned' when the note was written (their name is clearly in the provider autofill box) will just simply 'disappear' on that same note, and any newly assigned clinicians name will magically appear--even on those back notes! This is a documentation system nightmare that I do believe requires urgent attention.

As a supervisee whose progress notes get sent to a supervisor, once my supervisor has signed them allow me a quick way to view all the notes that need my co-signature and let me apply my co-signature to multiple notes at once.

Currently the system does not properly or clearly notify supevisees when their notes have been reviewed and need to be signed. Currently once a supervisor signs a note, they receive notice that the note has been signed, but it does not indicate that their signature is needed, unless they open detials. This may not be so obvious to some. If I see that it is signed, that may lead me to believe that this is the final step, so unless supervisees are allowed to sign first, I would recommend that In the same way that the supevisor has a list of notes to sign the supervisee should have a similar list and be allowed to check a box to sign one or all notes. The current system has resulted in my clinicians not co-signing notes because they didn't realize they needed to do so because notes say "signed".

Hello, I'm wondering if there could be a way to sign my progress notes all at once after my supervisor signs them? Otherwise it takes 6 clicks to sign each one, which is very very tedious. Thank you.

I have found that I can approve all of my supervisee's notes in a batch, but I am not able to then sign them in a batch. The ability to also sign a group in a batch would be very helpful.

As an LPC, I create a progress note to submit to my supervisor for review. If she signs the note, the note comes back to me to be signed; however, I must click on each note individually, click to go to the signature page, click to sign, and then click to return to view other missing notes. I saw on the Supervisor's view of progress notes that there is a feature to sign all notes with the click of a button to the right of the note. If my supervisor has signed the note, I do not need to re-read it... I simply need to sign it. It would be great if LPCs could sign all supervisor-signed progress notes at one time. I see 30 clients a week, and to sign that many progress notes by going into each individual note is very time consuming. It'd be great to have the same feature as supervisors.

As a supervisor we can go in and sign multiple notes with the click of a button. However, the the supervises have to go in and manually sign each of those notes. I think they should also have a one click solution.
