add mild, moderate, significant, regressed, no change to the progress note
I received agency status from private practice. My audit went well using Theranest but I will need to put the status of the client on each note. That was something that I had to show that I could do before passing me to the next phase. I can write the words in but I would like to have a drop box with the identifiers so that the clinicians remember to do it each time.
