Show last kept appointment on Client List

Client list currently shows date the client became "Active". It would be super helpful to see the date of their last appointment. This would help the clinician know if they should reach out to the client, if the client is still active, or if they should archive.

Yes, on the Client List instead of "Activated On" show "Last Kept Appointment" as well as "Next Appointment"

On detailed client report, would be very helpful if the 'last appointment date' actually showed the last kept appointment. Now it just shows last appointment which could be a cancel or no show also. Knowing the last kept appointment would greatly help with coordinating closings, who we need to reach out to, etc.

when looking at the detailed clients list it shows the last appointment, whether it was kept, canceled, no show etc. When looking at client list to see who hasn't rescheduled or been seen for 30 days to close the chart it would be extreamly helpful to have this readily available to view without going into individual charts

I agree with the other comments here. This would be very helpful to make sure patients don't fall through the cracks. Any kind of patient tracking would be helpful - flagging patients who have a history of suicidality, those who miss 2+ appointments in a row, or those who don't have an upcoming appointment in the next 2 weeks are all examples of things that would be useful in my practice.

There should be a feature that allows you to see what clients are active but NOT booked for an upcoming appointment. It gets very difficult to manage each appointment client by client to determine if everyone is booked or if they should be archived. There should be a feature that makes looking at unbooked clients easy to reach out to.

Could this have an option to come up on a dashboard. And set a limit. For examples after so many days have past since their last appt, it is flagged for therapist.

It would be great if you would make this a priority change.

I would like to second this, by having a display of the number of days since last *kept* appointment. I would prefer this to be on the My Clients screen, but would settle for a report, as well. This is incredibly important to ensure timely and ethical care and/or appropriate timing for notification of closing a case.

when pull up client list, would be helpful to have a last seen date. That would allow us to look more easily at who may need to be contacted and/or closed
