Add ability to invoice half and quarter unit increments
For service codes we really need to have unit increments starting at .25. We could then then chose "bill .5 units" each time this service is performed.
We need this for .5u .25u .75u 1u all the way to 2u's. I hope this happens soon! Thank you!!
In our practice we work with a county organization that bills by 1/10th hour or in 6 minute increments, so .9, 1.1, etc. It would be great if instead of only allowing time frames established by Theranest, the practice was allowed to set these units for themselves as whatever they need to be.
This would allow us to streamline our billing records instead of having to pull data from different software platforms and then collect it in a separate spreadsheet.
I have insurance clients and other billing need, but even insurance is sometimes billed for 45 minute increments. I really need my billing features to recognize increments less than one hour and more than one hour that are odd increments such as 15 minutes only, which in billing terms is .25 OR 3 hours and 45 minutes, which is 3.75 hours in billing terms. Your system allows me to manually put this in, but it is a pain and human error exists. Can you please get the system to recognize all the increments billed vereses rounding off like it does? That would be a great help.
When putting in units for billing, I would to be able to input .25 or .50 or .75. for billings that are under 1 unit. For billings that are over one unit, I would love to calculate it as 1.25 or 1.50, etc. It would AWESOME if the system was able to do this for us. Please let me know if it is capable of doing this, but I need to set it up or something.
Much needed for our practice, as well. To make our service types work, "2 units" counts as one 50-minute session (1 unit is a 30-minute session), which is very poorly reflected on superbills. It looks like we've billed for 2 sessions at CPT code 90834, when we've really only billed for ONE session. This creates headaches for our staff, clients and their insurance companies...and looks like we're trying to commit fraud. Please do fix this.
