It is extremely frustrating and time consuming that according to TheraNest support "Clinical Documents ... need to be printed individually. We do not currently have the ability to print those documents in bulk."
All of our agency's Progress Notes for clients are Custom Forms in TheraNest and when we get ROIs we have to manually download the notes for every session. Also the sessions are not numbered by Appointment number or date (only by the date the note was signed) so it is very confusing and difficult to keep track of which sessions have already been downloaded.
I am very grateful our agency switched to a different product so we don't have to deal with this for new sessions, but we do have to deal with this when we get ROIs for clients' previous records.
Old idea and surprised it's not been done. I noticed when moving a client from Therapy Note to Theranest how easy it was to download assessment, treatment plan and notes. A few clicks and done. The full file including consents, disclosures ROI needs to be able to be downloaded as well. When we need to provide documents to the client, to court or for audit it's very cumbersome to get the stuff out of Theranest.
Create the ability to select multiple forms (or all forms) to print rather than having to print form by form. For instance, I have created a custom progress note that I use. I'd like to be able to review a dozen of them from a specific case without having to individually open each one up. I'd like to be able to select a range of them and print them out (to paper or PDF).
