We need to download(from staff members docs tab files) multiple docs in a single operation every month. There are 30-50 docs per staffer per month that have to be downloaded and processed. So far we can only dnld 1 doc at a time. Thats too difficult/timeconsuming. We need to either a) grab a bunch with the mouse/shift keys and then dnld all with the dnld command.it only does the 1st doc-not all. Or b) dnld a folder full of those docs-that is acceptable too.
