Change wording when clients have poor internet connection
When clients join a telehealth session and they see the message that lets them know their internet isn't strong enough, change the wording of that message because our clients feel as though it's harsh.
Please take another look at the language in the messages clients receive when their internet connection isn't sufficient for holding telehealth sessions; I've had multiple clients comment on the word choice not feeling very therapeutic. I don't know exactly what's said, but it involves phrases like "not strong enough", or "your connection is weak" or "you don't have the bandwidth", and I can understand that feeling judgemental/harsh (even with the acknowledgement that of course it's not meant as a comment on the client) to some people. I bet there's a way to soften the tone of these messages. Thanks for considering!
