Hello, We have run into an issue with multiple patients not being able to easily see the "join" button due to having to scroll their screen down. I would like to suggest moving that "join" button to the top of the page to make it more noticeable. Thank you, Morganna

With our new telehealth solution, the button to join the session is easier to see for clients! Click here ( https://theranest.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056388492-Telehealth-Workflow ) to view a video walkthrough of the new solution.
Can the join button please be moved to the top of the page for Telehealth session for the clients? I've had several clients tell me that they have issues with this.
ALL my client's are not seeing the start button when entering the session for their very first time. It is too low and does not always show and they miss it. I have to text them that there is one more button at the bottom to start the session.
Hello, can you improve the client sign in process to their telehealth sessions? It would be a great improvement if client could see the "join" button within the same frame of their screen where they type in their name before the join their session. For many users they need to scroll down to find the join button. The user experience would be much improved if both the name text box and join button were visible without having to scroll to find anything.
Gray bar that states the provider has not joined changes to blue bar to indicate provider is on. Currently the gray bar is on top and the blue bar is below and often needs to be scrolled down to see so clients often miss and don't know how to join
My clients continually miss the last button when signing in to telehealth. Can you make it so it is not at the bottom? I wait for them and they think they are waiting for me to sign in.
I agree about improving the visibility of the join button. On cell phones or tablets it often appears off screen at the bottom. This is very difficult for first time clients because they do not know to look for it. I suggest moving it to the top of the screen so it is visible on any device.
Several clients have given feedback that the wording and placement of the area that allows them to join the session is confusing. The button needs to be more visible and obvious. The wording around the session being able to start once the therapist starts the session is also confusing, I’ve had clients say they sat and waited and then ended up technically being a no show. This has even happened with clients that I’ve been seeing for months, so did something change on their end?
Clients are sharing they do not receive notice when I log on, after they have already been logged on, which leads to not joining the session until late.
